Thank you for purchasing a PQWT product.
Service Commitment
1.If the instrument experiences a malfunction due to quality issues during the warranty period, we will replace damaged components and accessories free of charge.
2.If the instrument is outside the warranty period and components or accessories are damaged, we will charge for the cost of the replaced parts and provide repair services.
3.We provide operation videos and product manuals to assist customers in learning how to use the instrument.
4.We offer an after-sales service contact card to ensure customers can quickly resolve any issues they encounter.
5.We provide free software updates and system maintenance.
The warranty terms are as follows:
一、Warranty Period
PQWT provides a Two-year warranty service for the host machine and other acessories except batteries, straps, and device cases a Six-month warranty service from the date of purchase.
Batteries, straps, and device cases are not covered under the free warranty.
二、Proof of Warranty
The customer must present this warranty certificate along with the official purchase receipt.
三、Warranty Coverage
If a fault occurs during the warranty period and PQWT's technical personnel confirm that it arose under normal usage conditions,PQWT will provide free repair and replacement of defective parts.
四、Ownership of Replaced Parts
All replaced parts will become the property of PQWT.
五、Warranty Exclusions
PQWT will not be responsible for warranty service under the following circumstances. If the customer still requires PQWT to perform repairs, labor and parts/material costs will be charged:
The product has been repaired or modified by personnel not authorized by PQWT or its authorized service centers.
The product has been damaged due to incorrect operation, improper maintenance, human-caused damage, impact, dropping, water ingress, or other accidents.
六、Non-Warranty Accessories
If replacement is required, PQWT will charge the cost price.
