
PQ325E is an automatic pipeline inspection robot specially designed for municipal pipeline network inspection. It is suitable for pipes with a diameter of ≥DN250, meets a variety of pipeline inspection needs, and supports an operating distance of up to 100 m, making it an efficient and intelligent device for pipeline inspection.
The device is equipped with a dual-motor six-wheel drive system, with an obstacle-crossing height of ≤100 mm and an obstacle-crossing angle of ≤30°. It comes with three sets of anti-slip quick-release wheels in 4-inch, 6-inch, and 10-inch sizes, allowing quick replacement to suit different pipeline environments. The body uses stainless steel anti-collision beams and handles, with an IP68 protection rating, making it waterproof, durable, and suitable for complex operating environments inside pipelines.

It features a powerful visual configuration with front and rear 5-megapixel cameras. The camera system supports 360° horizontal rotation, 180° radial adjustment, and 80° lifting, together with twelve 3 W fill lights, providing clear, blind-free images. It also supports one-key self-reset for convenient operation. The system is equipped with a 100 m cable reel with a tensile strength of 200 kg, supporting automatic, manual, and manual-assisted cable winding. Electronic encoder distance measurement provides accurate metering. With wireless tablet control, users can operate the device by connecting to the dedicated WiFi. It supports real-time video recording, screenshots, engineering information overlay, and complete data storage.
The cable reel is equipped with a 60 V 15 Ah battery and provides approximately 7 hours of battery life. The equipment is easy to operate and runs stably. It is widely used for municipal pipeline network inspection, including rainwater and sewage pipelines.
